One Round More

We just updated our standings with the results from Arandjelovac and Berlin. With one more round to go before Euros, many teams and debaters are still head-to-head. We’re looking forward to an exciting finish in Paris next week!

Standings after 6 Tournaments

After 6 of 9 tournaments, we’re seeing quite some movement in the Standings. The Austro-Hungarian debate weekend finished with two Belgrade victories, pushing them to the first place in the Open Team ranking. The speaker tabs are currently led by Peer Klüßendorf but with three tournaments to go has much room for change, as only the three highest rankings per speaker are counted. Next up this weekend: Arandjelovac Open.

Debating League of Europe relaunched

The Debating League of Europe is back!

Covering 9 tournaments in 9 countries, we are finally updating the results for our second season, 2013-2014.

We believe that we are seeing an increasingly cohesive debating scene where debaters from all over Europe regularly meet and mingle. We want to support this development and provide a common framework for keeping track of results of chosen tournaments across Europe. Please read more about our motivations in last year’s announcement and for now, enjoy the results after 4 of 9 tournaments!
